Following the great success of last year’s interactive presentation, Michael returns to share a warm, engaging Valentine’s experience that celebrates connection, joy, and community. An organizational psychologist and business performance coach, Michael has spent his career helping individuals and organizations become more successful. His work has touched hundreds of leaders across a wide range of industries, combining insight, humor, and humanity in a way that resonates with audiences.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Michael is deeply committed to giving back, generously donating his time and expertise to numerous nonprofit organizations. Join us for a fun, pleasant, and uplifting Valentine’s gathering filled with good company, positive energy, and a special seasonal message. We look forward to welcoming Michael back and sharing another memorable Pre-Valentine’s afternoon together.

Michael is an organizational psychologist and business performance coach and has spent his entire career helping people and their organizations be more successful. He has earned degrees in psychology, human resources management, and organizational development, a diploma from Stanford University’s Advanced Management College and advanced certifications in organizational change and development from Harvard and Columbia Universities.
He has coached more than 350 individuals, four of whom were named to FORTUNE Magazine’s Top 50 Women in Business List, and fourteen of whom have gone on to become CEOs. He has authored three books, been an adjunct faculty member at twograduate schools, has received the Who’s Who Lifetime Achievement Award.

He donates his time, energy, and skill to numerous nonprofits, and yet still finds ample time to enjoy his extracurricular activities – conducting wine tastings, training in the martial arts, traveling – and his family.
