We are delighted to officially welcome Steve Labrum as the newest member of the Kiwanis Club of Wilton.
Steve first connected with us through the club’s website, attended a few meetings, and quickly embraced the spirit of Kiwanis—thank you to all who helped make him feel at home. Following a unanimous vote by our Board of Directors, we’re proud to celebrate his induction today.
L to R: Greg Chann, Suzanne Verrillin, Kristin Holden, Steve Labrum, Whitney Janeway
Originally from the UK, Steve moved to the U.S. at age 17 and became a citizen. He holds a degree from Swarthmore College and an MBA from the University of Texas. His impressive career spans work with Citibank and Price Waterhouse in New York, and later with Ernst & Young in London, where he specialized in international tax.
In 2022, Steve retired and returned stateside, settling in Wilton to be closer to family. Despite buying his home sight unseen, he and his wife Janine have embraced life in our community—and we’re thrilled they did.
Steve, the Kiwanis tradition—rooted in friendship, service, and goodwill—has thrived since our founding in 1951. Today, we warmly welcome you into that legacy.
